Surprise, the Town Planner was actually trying to plan…

After all this time, we thought we had seen everything. Boy were we wrong! Little did we know that the Town Planner had actually been doing a great job detailing everything that was wrong with this project. Who would have thought that the town would hide these and other critical reviews from the public and, possibly, from the very boards that were tasked with making the decisions? To get a sense of the magnitude of the suppression of John Lange's original comments versus what he was allowed to keep in the record we invite you to compare his July 14, 2009 document that Town refused to produce...

Patrick Farm Court Decisions on 2015/2016 approvals

Unfortunately, but not surprisingly, on June 30th, Judge Walsh handed down decisions allowing the latest Town Board and Planning Board decisions to stand.  The 2015 Town Board decision was related to  the Town Board’s refusal to require supplemental environmental review of the project as result of the applicant failing to disclose over 40% of the federal wetlands and waters on the site.  The 2016 decision was related to the Town Planning Board's 3rd approval of the Final Subdivision and Final Site Plans for the project. ROSA plans to appeal both of these decisions and ROSA and its attorneys...

January 27, 2016 Final Subdivision and Site Plan Approvals

It seems discouraging when the Planning Board rushes through the review process and just approves again plans which are not ready for approval. This was done yet again this past January but remember this isn't the first time this has happened. ROSA fought the final decision made in 2012 and again in 2013 and both times the developer was forced back to the planning board. This fight is still being fought and here is an update. On January 26, 2016 there was a planning board meeting with a public hearing held after a number of December maneuvering by the developers getting several Town Board...
