You’ll meet the ROSA team and learn more about ROSA’s fight to protect our drinking water from the planned over-development of the Patrick Farm property.  Patrick Farm, adjacent to Harriman State Park, sits atop the aquifer that provides water to both public supply and private wells in Rockland, Orange, Bergen and beyond.

ROSA’s represents the interests of area residents in their demand for safe, legal, sustainable, and well-planned land use solutions for the Patrick Farm property, that protect our shared water supply, the environment and the character of the community.  ROSA is currently engaged in a legal battle to ensure the developer complies with municipal and environmental regulations. Thanks to ROSA’s lawsuit, the developer cannot legally cut down even one tree on the 208-acre forested Patrick Farm property until the lawsuit is resolved.

ROSA is a nonprofit organization and relies solely upon donations to pay the fees of our expert team of attorneys, engineers, hydrologists, and environmental consultants. Please join us at the Waterfall House!

With your financial support, we can protect Patrick Farm and our water supply.
