ROSA is preparing for this hearing and asks that those of you who want to comment on your concerns over the high density multi-family come out and speak at this Wednesday’s meeting.

The results from the Architectural Review Board Meeting are in and as you can imagine, its a pure pass. Little substantive discussion took place; take a look: 2012-12-13 ToR to Scenic ARB Positive

Of course this meeting comes on the heels of a CDRC meeting where the town will review changed plans in a hurry so that they can claim that all is well and good.  ROSA has already submitted new evidence that should have put this on hold but the Planning Board is marching ahead all ready to rubber stamp the plans. We will be there to submit more testimony and are looking forward to your support.
