On October 17th the NYS DEC posted the notice that the Patrick Farm applications were “complete” on the Environmental Notice Bulletin site: http://www.dec.ny.gov/enb/20121017_reg3.html

ROSA foiled the NYS DEC for copies of the application and received 3 scans:

1. 2012-03-30 LJA to DEC Permit Applications Supporting Documents
2. 2012-03-30 LJA to DEC Stream Disturbance Permit Application
3. 2012-03-30 LJA to DEC Dam Permit Application Redacted

The application was not considered complete until October because the DEC had been waiting for the developer to submit another document on the dam which we are still waiting to receive under FOIL or to be notified that we can’t access it under FOIL for security reasons.

Due to Hurricane Sandy the comment period for the applications was extended from 11/16 to 11/26.

ROSA is preparing a response to this application and encourages all followers and supporters to please sign a petition to request a public hearing for these permit applications.
