A key resource that all residents of the Town of Ramapo should be familiar with and have access to is the Town of Ramapo comprehensive plan. It is actually available online at the Town of Ramapo website although it isn’t exactly the easiest to find. So here is a link to the comprehensive plan.

In rezoning the Patrick Farm area, the Town of Ramapo acted in direct opposition to many of the recommendations and objectives of this plan that was only passed 5 years earlier.
